Each time you use this Card, we will deduct the amount used until the full Card value has been depleted. We will not replace a lost or stolen Card. Because regular ground service provides NO guarantees, our online service can not be held liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders placed using the USPS ground option. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the invoice. Our online service will not be responsible for lost gift cards as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US Mail or with DHL.
Due to the cash-like nature of gift cards or certificates, it is our recommendation that you choose a guaranteed method of shipping such as priority, 2nd day, or overnight delivery.

For ALL orders totaling $200.00 or more, we REQUIRE a guaranteed shipping method. For priority, 2nd day, and overnight deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska there is an additional $5 surcharge. Currently, our online service and call center are unable to take orders with a Canada billing address.
